We’ve heard a lot from our MSP’s that STS is not a devolved matter. We are not convinced of that and have broken the STS process into steps that detail whether each step is a Scottish Government or UK Government responsibility. It is a work in progress but it really does emphasis that the Scottish Government have a significant level of involvement in this process.
