If you are standing election, we would ask you to consider what your position on STS is and make it known within your manifesto. We intend to make it easy for candidates and ask all prospective candidates what their position is on STS. While there are many other important issues, we are making this an election issue as the Highland Council have an important role in the STS process, which even the MCA recognised.
