Marine Scotland produced up to 4 draft of their response to the consultation for the 2015 STS licence application. This is the application that the Scottish Government maintain that they were not consulted on. Marine Scotland are part of the Scottish Government. They were consulted. For the first time, here is their response that the didn’t send. We will make comment on it in future posts.
