We have long maintained that there is NOWHERE in the North of Scotland to store oil recovered from anything but a minor spill. Of course with the last application, the MCA have recognised that the oil spill recovery equipment is so woefully inadequate that it makes it unlikely that much oil could be recovered before beaching.
