Planning Conflicts

Below is a list of planning guidance that we believe that the STS application is in conflict with. Since the CFPA do not require to planning permission for the proposal, there is no opportunity for the planning system to hold them to account. We believe these conflicts MUST be fully addressed within the STS application and that it is the duty of the Highland Council to ensure this is undertaken.
