The MCA does not publish representations made in relation to the application. We along with everyone else apart from the MCA (and presumably now the The Port of Cromarty Firth) have no idea how many representations were made, who they were from or what they contained. To attempt to give a little transparency to a completely opaque process determined on behalf of the Westminster Government by an agency based in Southampton, we present significant representations from key organisations and individuals with core experience in the assessment of this type of application. All these representations are either outright objections or raise significant concerns and questions. If we can find a representation of suppport we will publish it.
