Following on with our series on the Scottish Government failings during the last CFPA application – here an email dated 25th January 2016 – a few days before the consultation closed. It shows they have comments from Marine Scotland Science and it is their intent to respond before the deadline as well as questioning the 1tonne maximum spill volume. Seems quite detailed for an organisation that the Scottish Government claims weren’t consulted. Stick with us – it gets better!
