Continuing the MCA “note” on the CFPA application:

So no we know why 4 of the anchorages have been dropped – probably due to a combination of distance from shore and lack of water! How inept do you need to be not realise your proposed anchorages are too lose to the shore therefore in breach of the guidelines! The Port Authority should have known this given their “30 years track record of undertaking STS safely”. Intertek should have known this as consultants acting on behalf of the CFPA.
